Karen Jackson has 26+ yrs experience in organizational development and HR strategic management gained while working with many organizations in the private and public sectors in the UK, USA and Canada.
Karen graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) Psychology, a
Postgraduate in HR Management & Labour Relations
and is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
Development. She continues to build upon her best practice research and data which she willing shares with her clients.
She is a frequent speaker and facilitator on human resources issues for numerous professional associations and corporations.
David Cohen Ed. D, Senior Partner
Dr. Cohen's background spans both the fields of corporate consulting and education. He has consulted with a diverse group of industries in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, Western Europe, and Southeast Asia,
Dr. Cohen holds a doctorate in Education from Boston University, focused in adolescent and adult behavioural and humanistic development. As part of this work, he completed independent doctoral studies at the Harvard School of Education.
In addition, Dr. Cohen is a frequent speaker on human resources issues for numerous professional associations and corporations.
Dr. Cohen has published two books: “The Talent Edge: A Behavioural Approach to Hiring, Developing and Keeping Top Performers” August 2001 and “Inside the Box: Leading with Corporate Values to Drive Sustained Business Success” October 2006.
